Applications of the Instant Noodle Production Line
This automatic line is designed for production of fried instant noodles, and also can be customized for making non-fried noodles, dry noodles, ramen and fresh wet noodles.
Instant Noodles Production Line Process Flow Chart
1. The first step is preparing flour and integrates. We will provide normal recipe for your reference.
2. The materials and water will be fed into the mixing tank, and mixed well.
3. The dough transferred to the roller for noodles shaping, 6pcs #45 steel rollers make the noodles tasted chewy and smooth.
4. Formed noodles are transferred by conveyor to boiling machine, and cut into pieces.
5. Frying is an important step. The oil temperature should be controlled well to make sure the noodlesbecome golden.
The frying machine has 21 heating tube and the frying temperature and transferring speed isadjustable.
The noodles box can be square or round to make different shape noodles.
6. The last step is cooling, after that the noodles can be packed by automatic packing machine.
